This video was played during the opening of the Belt and Road summit in Beijing, China in May 2017, which was attended by over 68 world leaders. It is also currently airing on CCTV (China's largest television network) as well as broadcast outlets across the globe.
Director Sunny Zhao was chosen for the project for his creative approach, his cinematic style, and his way of telling stories without words. He traveled throughout Asia and Europe during a period of thirty-three days shooting for the Belt and Road video. His understanding and appreciation of multiple cultures as well as his ability to speak both fluent Chinese and English made him the perfect choice for the project.

Eyes of the Future is a thirty second TV commercial produced for Conexus for Healthy Vision. Director and Cinematographer Sunny Zhao developed the creative concept and script in this emotionally moving spot to visually express the mission and goals of Conexus. Conexus provides vision testing and glasses for students who may not be able to afford otherwise.
Feel the Moment is a beautiful spot concepted, directed, and shot by Sunny Zhao, promoting the fashion industry.
Director/Cinematographer Sunny Zhao and the team from Dreams Factory traveled to produce this TV Commercial for Rex UNC Healthcare showing John, a survivor enjoying his favorite serene pastime. The commercial is one of many in several campaigns with UNC Rex Healthcare.
Rest of Time is one of two music videos produced for the singing duo McBeth. It was concepted, directed and shot by Sunny Zhao. Director Zhao created a visual story about love withstanding the test of time. The music video combines live action footage, elements shot in camera against green screen, and visual effects added during post production to create an abstract under water world.
Print ‘n Play was shot with Dreams Factory’s Phantom Super High Speed Camera. Through the use of slo-motion photography the poker chips, playing cards, bingo markers, bingo cards, pencils and crossword puzzles were captured colliding in mid air.
